Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 8–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • Australia: 8–15 business days
  • International: 8–20 business days

Shipping Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • High shipping volumes
  • Local postal service disruptions

If your order is delayed, we kindly ask for your patience while the carrier completes delivery. We will always do our best to assist you and provide updates whenever possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after your package has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee replacement or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, our support team will be happy to help wherever possible.
